Onderzoek: I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the department of Persuasive Communication University of Amsterdam. I work with Dr. Eline Smit and Dr. Saar Mollen to understand how people’s social media use affects their food content exposure from a multi-disciplinary perspective. This project relies on a novel data collection approach: data donation, by which participants download their social media data and donate them to us for research purposes. In collaboration with researchers from Amsterdam UMC and the school of law UvA, we hope to explore and interpret how social media interactions relate to the food content people see and what is the effect of such processes.
